Video Upload FAQ
-
How can I upload my video content?
We normally upload your video files during the assembly process if the final content is provided before production. If your content is not ready at that time, you can upload the files yourself by connecting the unit to a PC or Mac using the supplied USB cable. -
Are there any special instructions for uploading?
After transferring files, always eject the device safely using the operating system’s “Safely Remove Hardware” (Windows) or “Eject” (Mac) option before unplugging. Removing the drive without safe ejection may corrupt files or damage the unit. -
Can the videos be locked so they cannot be changed later?
Yes — we offer a video locking service at our factory that prevents further modification of the files after locking. Please note that once locked, the videos cannot be altered; this service is offered free of charge. -
What if I need to update videos after delivery?
If you anticipate frequent updates, do not request locking during production and keep a backup of all original files. For locked units, contact us to discuss possible reprogramming or module-replacement options.
